# List connections

> The social accounts the workspace's brands post through, oldest first. `?brand_id=`
narrows the list to one brand.

A post that names a platform in `channels` goes out through the brand's **first**
connected account on it. When a brand has several accounts on one platform, pass the
ones you mean as `connection_ids` on `POST /v1/clips` instead.

`avatar_id` is the avatar pinned to the account: it posts, and replies, as that avatar.
`can_publish` is false for an account that has to be reconnected in the studio first.
